The Top 10 Cult Movies of the Decade.
Battle Royale looks like an interesting film. Moulin Rouge is a good movie, but I don’t think it’s the number one cult movie of the Decade.
Old Boy definitely qualifies as a cult film in the sense described by the article. My vote goes to it as the top one for this decade.
Many macabre scenes to make the audience squirm and of course, a part of the Vengeance Trilogy. I think a cult classic should spawn many movies along the same themes, scenes and subjects apart from “having a special noted appeal”. :)
Of the movies listed there, I’d vote for ‘In Bruges’ as a possible cult classic. The movie has a black humour and simple story twists that appeals to jaded movie buffs like myself. ;-)
